MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION
The House was built in 1997, with the Cottage added for the Owners' parents in
2001. The Owners - who are relocating to accommodate a career change - need to
sell the 2 residences together but would consider a good offer for the House
alone.

Both dwellings are built on the high east-facing slope of a sand
ridge about 2 miles from (& 70 feet above) the Ogeechee river. This land had
been abused for years, but over the last decade the owners have planted
thousands of trees to develop a healthy young forest between the houses and the
road and around the houses. The slope drops off behind the houses, providing a
year-round showcase of the neighbor's pond, wooded wetlands below the pond, and
hillside forests beyond.

about 30 days a year here.
