    Main House: 5000 square feet - 5 bedrooms, 3 baths - open plan with large kitchen & den; also very large dining area that can be partitioned with screens so that part of it can serve as office space (See House floor plan .) . All baths are fully ceramic tiled; the Master bathroom has an accessible walk-in shower that will easily accommodate a wheel chair.

There are spacious porches on 3 sides of the house with a fenced garden directly in front of the front porch. Construction on this house was completed in August, 1997. The covered carport will accommodate 4-5 vehicles. Upstairs rooms have good commercial-grade carpet - except for the ceramic-tiled bathroom. At basement level there is a "Summer kitchen" with a root cellar (or storm shelter).

The cottage has one large bedroom - which will accommodate 2 double beds plus dressers, etc. - and a large bath with wheel-chair accessible shower. There is a roomy kitchen with an adjoining family room where there's plenty of space for visiting or watching TV, and easily converts to sleeping space for a care-giver. The partitioned half-bath includes space for washer & dryer. Cottage & sun porch floors are all either ceramic tiled or hardwood. The covered carport will accommodate 2-3 vehicles.
